SHIPPING AND RETURN
Shipping Zone & Time
We only offer shipping Canada wide, for now. Each customized order takes 5-7 business days from the time it is placed, to be handmade, and processed for shipping. From there, we offer expedited shipping + tracking that can take 1-7 days, depending on the destination’s distance from Montreal, QC. A notification will be sent to you when your order has been shipped including the tracking number.
We have a flat-fee cost of 12$ for all shipping Canada wide. All orders over 60$ have a free shipping.
If you need to cancel an order that you just placed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been filled, we will be unable to cancel it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the shipment of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your order must be 80% intact and/or 5 out of 6 customizable products must be untouched and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Send us an email at email@example.com beforehand and with our authorization, send your item to: Savonnerie PureMoi SUITE #251 3484 boul. Des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z9 (not a store front). We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Shipping charges are none refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, usually 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If that’s the case, you have 7 days after your product has been received to claim your exchange. Proof of damaged products is needed in order to process the approval of the exchange. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us at email@example.com and we will ship the correct item. No additional cost will be applied to the exchanges if approved.
